Hello and welcome to Floorsource Direct!  

Floorsource Direct is a privately owned company which began operations in 1992 as a secondary operation

of Miller-O'Neill Inc., a company with beginnings in nineteen forty-five.  In 2001,  Floorsource Direct began stand

alone operations focusing on the contract market in both residential and commercial work.  In 2002, we  joined

Carpets Plus of America Color Tile.   This “National Buying Group” has enabled us to present over 10,001  name

brand flooring selections at the lowest possible price! 

 

Floorsource Direct is now a full service retailer serving the homeowner, contractor, architect, property manager,

and designer to name a few.  Our low overhead- single source responsibility approach enables  us to sell high

 quality flooring at lower prices than our competition with-out sacrificing high levels of service. 

 

Our single source responsibility approach is rare in today’s marketplace.  Single source means you will be

assisted by only one account manager for all your needs.  You will not be sold flooring by one person, floors

measured by a different person, then scheduled by another person, and then turned over to a service

representative for all other business.  

 

At Floorsource Direct, our account manager  is your knowledgeable salesperson, your measure person,

your scheduler,  and most importantly your service representative. Your account manager will follow you

from the sales process, measure, quote, installation and follow-up.   Although your account manager is

your “go to” person, anyone at our company has the authority and capacity to assist you in the event your

original manager is not available.  Our “Single source responsibility” program is our commitment to

insure your ultimate satisfaction.

 

We fully understand repeat and referral business is the foundation of our livelihood.  In fact, "Your satisfaction

actually lowers our cost of doing business!"  Typical flooring retailers spend  5% to 10% of their sales on

advertising expense which is reflected in the prices they quote.   Your referral is our low cost approach toward

growing our business keeping our marketing budget minimal. We understand today's market demands high

levels of service and low prices. Our high volume, high service, low overhead approach has proven us successful!
